As a Personnel Administration and Marketing Administrator, you are responsible for efficiently managing all administrative HR processes and marketing.

Your main tasks:
• Personnel dossier management from A (employment contract) to Z (certificate)
• Maintenance of HR master data in the systems
• Time recording, mutation and entry of wage data for the monthly wage run with subsequent control and contract processing
• Personnel dossier management from A (employment contract) to Z (certificate)
• Sending marketing information and maintaining the customer database
• Development of our website and social media presence
Your profile:
• Basic commercial education with a completed advanced training as HR Assistant or HR Administrator
• 3 years experience in HR administration
• Stylish German, French
• Exact and independent way of working
• Good IT user knowledge. Experience with HR systems
• Dedicated, convincing, resilient and flexible personality
• High service and customer orientation
• A sense of marketing would also be an advantage
• Knowledge in online marketing and social media
