Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer looking for an exciting new opportunity? We’re expanding our team to work on top-tier projects!

Responsibilities:

• Engage with the design team during the early engagement process.
• Oversee the coordination process to transform design information into full installation drawings by BIM personnel, ensuring specification compliance and adhering to schedule priorities.
• Manage technical submittals and approvals.
• Manage the RFI process with the Client and Sub-Contractors.
• Manage material procurement utilizing Engineering Materials Report (EMR), producing material take-offs and identifying lead-in periods and field need dates.
• Work with project supervisors to ensure design, materials, manpower, and schedules are in place to enable the construction trades to deliver on time.
• Ensure work is installed according to project specifications and the project QA plan.
• Prepare and agree on project completion criteria and close-out documents.
• Manage the Work Packs process from development to implementation and handover.
• Manage BIM priorities, including isometrics generation and release.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience.
• HVAC systems experience necessary.
• Experience in Data Centers, Large Commercial, or Pharmaceutical projects.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in IT & MS Office.
• Ability to work on your initiative.
• Fluency in English; German is advantageous.
